National Performance Warehouse Companies announced it has acquired CP Auto Parts, located in Rainsville, Alabama. This brings the total number of locations in the Southeast Auto Parts chain to 11.
The Southeast Auto stores are supported out of NPW’s Associate Jobbers Warehouse (AJW) in Boaz, Alabama.
With this acquisition, NPW has tapped the talent and experience of owner CP Auto Parts Donna Harris. Harris assumes the role of regional store manager for the Southeast Auto Parts chain. She will maintain an office in the AJW offices in Boaz.
AJW operates from a 165,000-square-foot modern facility that serves 200-plus jobbers and now 11 Southeast Auto Parts stores.
National Performance Warehouse Companies operates from 15 DCs in the U.S. and Canada. The company now distributes more than 700 lines of traditional, performance, truck, chemical and engine parts brands.
Larry Pacey, president and CEO of NPW, said, “This addition is a BOD member retiring from her store operation and we obtain the ability to continue the operation. In addition, we get to add the talent of Donna Harris to manage the stores. Her local experience and operational knowledge will only help the stores function more efficiently.”
