New Repair Franchise Acquires South Daytona Meineke Car Care Center

A relatively new service and repair chain called RepairOne Automotive Concepts has signed a purchase agreement to acquire the Meineke Car Care Center in South Daytona, Fla., within the month. RepairOne is a privately held company based in Daytona Beach, Fla., formed to create automotive repair and service center stores franchised under the "RepairOne" name. The company is an established retailer in the Florida and Texas markets with locations in densely populated, suburban areas.

PORT ORANGE, FL — A relatively new service and repair chain called RepairOne Automotive Concepts has signed a purchase agreement to acquire the Meineke Car Care Center in South Daytona, Fla., within the month.

RepairOne is a privately held company based in Daytona Beach, Fla., formed to create automotive repair and service center stores franchised under the “RepairOne” name. The company is an established retailer in the Florida and Texas markets with locations in densely populated, suburban areas. Since opening in October 2002, RepairOne has promoted such customer service offerings as extended store hours, free round-trip customer shuttles, emergency roadside rescue and nationwide warranties. All mechanics are certified and most are ASE Certified Master Technicians.

Once renovated, the Meineke building will serve as the second RepairOne auto repair/service center in central Florida. Conversion of the Meineke building will begin in mid-December with an anticipated opening by January 3, 2005.
