JUPITER, Fla. Multi Parts Supply (MPS) has announced that Barbara Sullivan has joined the company’s program management team as a project manager at its Florida headquarters. In addition to assisting MPS’ program managers by contributing her project management expertise, Sullivan works closely with MPS’ global engineering and strategic operations teams. Her work centers on establishing standardized processes and procedures for managing a wide variety of programs and projects. Her role also encompasses analysis and documentation, as MPS “blueprints” procedures and develops its detailed, proprietary process manuals.
Prior to joining MPS, Sullivan spent several years with global automotive supplier, Visteon Corp. as an engineering project manager. There, she oversaw material cost reduction efforts for Visteon’s Electronics Division. She also held several long-term leadership positions in finance and banking project management. Her past experience brings fresh perspective to MPS, and new methodologies to both underpin and improve its organizational structure and output.
Commenting on her appointment, MPS President Brian Cohn said, “The driving goal of MPS is to expeditiously and seamlessly fulfill opportunity wherever we identify it. We are about consistency and getting ‘it’ done right and on time, every time. Barbara’s work developing proven, documentable, repeatable processes is pivotal to what defines MPS.”
