ROCHESTER N.Y. – Monroe Motor Products, a regional Parts Plus distributor, has expanded with the acquisition of Ronald Hinson Enterprises Inc. The acquisition was announced by Michael Gordon, president and CEO of the Rochester-based company.

The purchase includes the Keuka Wholesale Co. warehouse and store located in Hall, N.Y., as well as The Parts Store in Elmira, N.Y., and the Penn Yan Auto Parts location.

Ron Hinson will remain senior vice president of the newly formed Keuka Distributing LLC, which will function as a separate business unit.

“We welcome Ron and his entire staff to our organization,” Gordon said. “We look forward to increasing our Parts Plus Auto Store presence in the Finger Lakes region.”
