Mitchell 1’s CRM Programs Now Available with Prominent Aftermarket Shop Management Systems

Automotive repair shops will receive the same benefits and support as Mitchell 1 Manager customers, said the company.

POWAY, Calif. – Mitchell 1 announced today it has opened its Customer Retention Marketing (CRM) programs to work with non-Mitchell 1 management systems, including NAPA TRACS, ALLDATA Service Center, R.O. Writer and others.

“We expanded our popular CRM program to make it available to a wide range of users,” said David Niemiec, general manager, Mitchell 1’s Business Performance Services. “Even if an automotive repair shop is not a Mitchell 1 Manager subscriber, they can still benefit from Mitchell 1’s extensive suite of CRM services to help improve their customers’ loyalty and increase profitable maintenance business.”

Automotive repair shops will receive the same benefits and support as Mitchell 1 Manager customers, said the company.

“Our new eCRM and OwnerAutoSite.com products will now work seamlessly with any number of Shop Management Systems,” said Niemiec. “These programs were designed to be completely automated and deliver a measurable return on investment.”
