Mitchell 1 Enhances Manager SE Shop Management System

Manager SE users can view and compare multiple suppliers side-by-side on the PartsTech dashboard.

Mitchell 1 has announced that it has integrated the PartsTech multi-vendor parts catalog with the latest release of its Manager SE shop management system, giving customers instant access to multiple suppliers’ inventories and prices in a single search.

“The integration of the PartsTech eCommerce platform with Manager SE represents another leap forward in the parts ordering process for our customers,” said Ben Johnson, director of product management for Mitchell 1. “Manager SE users can easily search their local parts suppliers in one place, all within the same software they use to manage their daily business operations. This will further streamline processes for our customers so they can find the parts they need, fast and efficiently.”

The PartsTech dashboard is built seamlessly into Manager SE, providing shops with access to more than 29,000 automotive parts stores across the U.S. and Canada. It connects users to most of the national chains and buying groups – including NAPA Auto Parts, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Advance Auto Parts and Carquest – along with the growing number of independent and privately owned locations.

Manager SE users can view multiple suppliers side-by-side on the PartsTech dashboard to compare part prices and availability to make faster, more informed purchasing decisions. Users can find parts by searching the VIN,  license plate or keyword for every job and add the parts to their order. After adding the estimated labor charges through Manager SE, vehicle repair shops can build estimates in seconds.

“Quickly finding and ordering the right parts is critical to every repair shop’s efficiency and profitability,” said Greg Kirber, PartsTech founder and CEO. “Our partnership with Mitchell 1 will provide a powerful integrated ordering process for Manager SE customers, resulting in increased productivity for shops and happy, satisfied customers.”

Manager SE shop management software helps mechanical auto repair shops streamline workflow and track activity from estimate to invoice. The tools and reports in Manager SE give shops a 360-degree view of the entire operation, helping them manage repairs, customer service and the overall business more efficiently and profitably. Manager SE is integrated with ProDemand, Mitchell 1’s comprehensive repair information system to further increase shop productivity.
