Mighty Welcomes New Vice President Of Business Development

Josh D’Agostino has joined Mighty as vice president – business development, bringing to the company extensive experience implementing highly successful strategies that drive growth.

Mighty Distributing System of America has announced the recent addition of a newly created executive position to promote franchise system growth, expand further into international markets and explore merger and acquisition opportunities.

Before joining Mighty, D’Agostino spent almost nine years with Genuine Parts Co./NAPA Auto Parts in new business development, where he helped expand the business opportunity of NAPA store ownership to new owners, existing owners and competitive brands. He also was heavily involved in sourcing, negotiating, qualifying and closing acquisitions of competitive auto parts companies.

In his new role at Mighty, D’Agostino will serve on the executive management team and will be responsible for growing company operations, franchise development and support, international expansion and competitive acquisitions.
