The MEMA Technology Council (MTC) is a professional peer group of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA), which provides a forum for member networking and exchange of best practices focusing on current and emerging technologies that support corporate efforts to reduce costs and improve efficiencies. Its members are managers and executives from leading automotive aftermarket and heavy duty full service supplier companies who have responsibilities for information technology, e-commerce, supply chain, product management, category management, customer engagement/relations, continuous improvement, finance, data management, operations and business development.

In addition to Nicholas, the other MEMA Technology Council 2010 Board of Governors officers are:

• Susan Ulrey, executive director, sales operations and customer service, Tenneco Inc.; and
• Ex officio: Judy Lorek, ICO, Robert Bosch Corp. Sales Division.

The MTC Board of Governors’ focus for 2010 will be to promote its new, enhanced Web site, expand the use of the council’s Customer E-commerce Matrix, develop a map of the industry’s e-commerce initiatives and expand the use of the council’s online member profile, which enables members to identify others who have similar software and platforms for exchanging best practices.
