MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers has promoted three members of its membership and sales team.

Steve Horaney has been promoted to senior vice president, membership and sales. He previously served as vice president, membership and sales, MEMA OE said. His promotion expands his responsibilities to driving membership for the light vehicle and now commercial vehicle market segments. He also plays a critical role in building OEM relationships and coordinating MEMA OE’s signature OEM Town Hall meetings. Horaney joined the organization in 2014.

Erin Schrieber has transitioned from senior manager, membership engagement to director, membership engagement. Since joining the association 2020, Schrieber has showcased her expertise in membership engagement and has played a vital role in strengthening the organization’s relationships with its members. Schreiber’s responsibilities include membership recruitment and retention and leading the Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) Council and the Operations and Plant Managers Council (OPMC). Her role has also expanded to include leading several MEMA OE signature events each year, MEMA OE said.

Adam Slaman, previously senior manager, sales and membership development, has been promoted to director, sponsorship sales. He joined the organization in 2020 and has led its sponsorship initiatives. Slaman is now responsible for facilitating sponsorship sales for both light vehicle and commercial vehicle segments, MEMA OE said. He also manages the Supplier Showcase for the organization’s annual Vehicle Supplier Conference.

“These well-deserved promotions reflect the dedication and contributions of Horaney, Schrieber and Slaman to MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers,” said Julie Fream, president and CEO. “Their expanded roles enable them to make a greater impact for the organization and its members. We are confident their expertise will continue to drive the success of MEMA OE Suppliers and strengthen our member and industry partnerships.”
