Repass, who takes a hands-on role in his business, works closely with his team of employees to create a family of staff that is close-knit, upbeat and customer service-oriented. Regarding the Franchisee of the Year Award, Repass said, “Truly, all the credit goes out to our community. The community has embraced us in so many ways and given us a chance to develop relationships with them.”

The company’s level of involvement in the community also defines its success. Moreover, the center also offers sponsorships to local Cape Henlopen teams and volunteers in several community beach clean-up projects.
