Lucas Oil Products has recently expanded its leadership team, appointing Joel Feldman as vice president of product development and promoting Brandon Greene to vice president of customer solutions.
Feldman joins Lucas Oil with a robust background in chemical engineering, fluid systems and product development, bringing over 26 years of experience to the table. In his new role, he will oversee the entire process of creating and manufacturing new products, from initial concept to market release, the company said. His duties extend to strategizing for the long term, refining development processes and applying the latest industry insights to steer the company’s product engineering and manufacturing.
Previously, Feldman served as vice president of engineering at Swagelok, where he managed product development cycles with a strong emphasis on customer engagement and innovation.
Morgan Lucas, president of Lucas Oil, expressed enthusiasm for Feldman’s arrival, emphasizing his experience in product development and lifecycle management as ideal for Lucas Oil’s expansion plans and product innovation initiatives.
Greene, marking his 17th year with the company, has been a key figure within the customer service sector at Lucas Oil, the company said. With his promotion to vice president of customer solutions, Greene will focus on transforming the customer service experience, enhancing order processing, implementing advanced technology for customer service and utilizing feedback for product development and variety.
Katie Lucas, chief administrative officer at Lucas Oil, highlighted the importance of Greene’s new position in enhancing the company’s customer-focused approach. “Lucas Oil is entering a new era of customer-centric service, and Brandon will be instrumental in helping us get there,” she said. She commended Greene’s long-term dedication to the company’s vision and his anticipated impact on their customer service ethos.
