POMONA, CA — This week, Keystone Automotive announced that it will donate $10,000 to the Collision Industry Foundation. The donation, part of a celebration of Keystone’s re-opening of its New Orleans branch, will support the continued mission of helping collision repair professionals affected by disasters and other worthy causes.
“We’re extremely proud to be able to support the good work being done by the Collision Industry Foundation,” said President and CEO Rick Keister. “Our branch in New Orleans was just re-opened after eight months of reconstruction and completely renewing the inventory. We are so proud of our people who all worked long and hard to see this location reopened and, to celebrate, we wanted to do something good for our colleagues.”
The Collision Industry Foundation’s “Collision Industry Relief” program is comprised of individuals from throughout the collision industry with the common goal of assisting those industry professionals who have been affected by Hurricane Katrina and other disasters. They are able to aid with “relocation, employment, housing, transportation, tools and more to help those who have been displaced get back on their feet.”
