Kevin Tobin Named Senior VP and GM, Financial Services for Advance

Advance Auto Parts has announced that Kevin Tobin will join the company as senior vice president and general manager, financial services, effective April 28. Tobin will be responsible for building market competitive, differentiated and innovative financial services products and services designed to build deeper relationships with Advance customers, based on their needs. Tobin will report to Mike Norona, executive vice president and chief financial officer.

ROANOKE, Va. – Advance Auto Parts has announced that Kevin Tobin will join the company as senior vice president and general manager, financial services, effective April 28. Tobin will be responsible for building market competitive, differentiated and innovative financial services products and services designed to build deeper relationships with Advance customers, based on their needs. Tobin will report to Mike Norona, executive vice president and chief financial officer.

“I am excited to have Kevin join the Advance Team,” said Norona. “Kevin has consistently demonstrated the ability to create value through new program development, collaboration and leveraging partnership alliances.”

Prior to joining Advance, Tobin served as executive vice president and managing director at HSBC Card and Retail Services. Prior to that position, he served as senior vice president and group director. Tobin also held various management positions with Allstate Insurance Co. in operations, underwriting and sales areas.

Tobin has a master’s of business administration from the University of Illinois and a bachelor’s of business administration in economics from the University of Iowa.
