Keith Hicks Named President of Global Accessories Inc.

Keith Hicks has been appointed president and chief operating officer of Global Accessories Inc. Hicks will direct the company's core functions, including operations, manufacturing, customer service, R&D, finance, distribution and product quality. Global Accessories product offerings include Downey Products soft tonneau covers; LeBra front end covers, hood protectors and soft tonneau covers; Wolf car, marine, ATV and snowmobile covers; Premier Custom Cut Floor Mats and DashMat dashboard covers.

LOGAN, UT — Keith Hicks has been appointed president and chief operating officer of Global Accessories Inc.

Hicks will direct the company’s core functions, including operations, manufacturing, customer service, R&D, finance, distribution and product quality.

Global Accessories product offerings include Downey Products soft tonneau covers; LeBra front end covers, hood protectors and soft tonneau covers; Wolf car, marine, ATV and snowmobile covers; Premier Custom Cut Floor Mats and DashMat dashboard covers.

Hicks assumes the leadership role at Global with nearly 20 years of business operations experience already in hand. Prior to joining the company, he served eight years as vice president of operations and technology for Omniglow Corp., a $125 million international manufacturer and distributor of commercial and consumer products, where he was responsible for overhauling the operations, manufacturing, logistics, quality assurance, customer support and information technology functions for a global expansion initiative.

In addition, Hicks served as CIO/CTO for New Boston, a national consulting firm with annual revenues of more than $500 million. At New Boston, he managed all facets of the company’s information technology and corporate business development activities encompassing 200-plus offices throughout North America.

A graduate of the University of Utah, Hicks holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and computer science and a Juris Doctorate in business law from the Massachusetts School of Law. He also is APICS certified in Integrated Resource Management and Production & Inventory Control and has completed Six Sigma coursework toward a Black Belt.

A member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, American Bar Association, Farmington Board of Adjustments and AITP, Hicks lives in Utah with his wife and four children.
