K&M Tire Purchases Michigan Tire

The deal concluded on Dec. 21, 2012. This marked the third acquisition of 2012 for K&M Tire, which purchased a warehouse in the Kansas City area and two Reliable Tire locations in Dallas and Houston.

Delphos, Ohio-based wholesaler K&M Tire Inc. has acquired Michigan Tire & Wheel of Crystal, Mich.
 
The deal concluded on Dec. 21, 2012. K&M Tire plans to service its new dealer customers from its existing warehouses in Detroit and Grand Rapids, Mich.
 
This marked the third acquisition of 2012 for K&M Tire, which purchased a warehouse in the Kansas City area and two Reliable Tire locations in Dallas and Houston.
 
K&M Tire operates 15 warehouses with a 16th distribution facility under construction in Barnesville, Minn., which is expected to begin operations during the first quarter of 2013.
