JohnDow Industries Promotes Teresa Scott To Director Of Aftermarket Sales

In her new position, Scott will now be responsible for all distribution sales, including national accounts and OE equipment programs. Additionally, she will direct activities for the company's inside account managers and technical service departments.

BARBERTON, Ohio – Teresa Scott, national sales manager at JohnDow Industries (JDI), has been promoted to director of aftermarket sales. JDI is an Ohio-based manufacturer of automotive shop equipment and supplies.
 
In her new position, Scott will now be responsible for all distribution sales, including national accounts and OE equipment programs. Additionally, she will direct activities for the company’s inside account managers and technical service departments.
 
Mark Pfleeger, vice president, sales and new business development, commented, “Teresa joined JohnDow two years ago as national sales manager, bringing a wealth of talent and aftermarket experience that assisted JDI to double digit growth in 2011 and 2012. In addition, she played a major part in the future development of the five JDI brands. Her new position and responsibilities reflect the excellent job Teresa has done and how highly we value her contributions to JohnDow Industries.”
 
Prior to joining JDI in 2011, Scott spent the previous seven years as the regional director of sales with RTI Technologies in York, Pa. Her experience in the automotive aftermarket spans more than 25 years.
