JNPSoft OptiCat announced the launch of the TecAlliance TecCom global e-business platform for the automotive aftermarket in North America.

The platform offers a comprehensive solution for all stages of order processing, including availability requests, parts ordering, electronic invoices, and returns. “With a user-friendly interface and advanced features, the TecCom platform will streamline processes and improve efficiency for businesses in the automotive aftermarket,” the company said.

“The launch of TecCom to the North American aftermarket further solidifies our position as an industry leader,” said CEO David Williams. “JNPSoft OptiCat is confident this cutting-edge technology will have a positive impact in the industry.”

For the first time, the company will demo the TecAlliance TecCom new solution at AAPEX.
