Siegfried (Siggi) Tigges, a career employee of Hella KGaA Hueck & Co. in Germany and Hella Automotive Sales, Peachtree City, Georgia, has formed his own sales organization and consultancy. Called, S.A.T. Sales and Consulting LLC, the company will begin by representing Speed Autoteile of Berlin, Germany, in the North American market and also will be serving clients in the automotive, heavy-duty, mining and industrial markets.
Tigges has a wealth of experience and expertise as a sales, marketing and product management executive in both the aftermarket and OEM sectors of the automotive, heavy-duty, mining and industrial markets. He spent more than 40 years with the Hella organization, a world leader in automotive lighting and electronics, in a variety of key marketing and sales roles and was a part of the management team at Hella Automotive Sales, Peachtree City, Georgia, for the past 28 years.
While at Hella, Tigges served in several executive capacities including vice president – Canadian Aftermarket Sales, Mining and Heavy Duty U.S.; vice president Canadian Sales – Aftermarket, Special OE, Mining; national sales manager Canada; and director of product development and marketing for North America.
Tigges also announced that SPEED Autoteile, a leading independent exporter of import parts and accessories will be S.A.T. Sales’ first client.
