icarz, Inc. announced that General Parts Inc., a CARQUEST member headquartered in Raleigh, NC, has more than 600 stores live on the icarz system. This count includes stores as far away as Alaska.

CEDAR KNOLLS, NJ — icarz, Inc. announced that General Parts Inc., a CARQUEST member headquartered in Raleigh, NC, has more than 600 stores live on the icarz system. This count includes stores as far away as Alaska.

“icarz has been an excellent technology partner for General Parts,” Joe Zucchero, CIO of General Parts, stated. “The base PartsWatch product has provided the majority of the functionality we need and icarz is very responsive in making the necessary modifications to our Exploris layer to meet our unique needs.”

The icarz PartsWatch system, deployed by CARQUEST as Exploris, offers a rich graphical user interface, built in Internet connectivity and open communications as well as the capability to offer central services to run the stores.
