Highline Aftermarket has entered into an agreement to purchase the assets of Levin’s Auto Supply, LLC headquartered in Sacramento, California. Levin’s is a supplier of automotive aftermarket products to retailers and automotive parts stores, serving customers along the West Coast for more than 90 years.

Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed. Hart Marx Advisors advised Highline on the transaction.
