HDMA Welcomes New Director of Membership Development

Beth Barkovich joined HDMA on Monday, July 23, and is responsible for membership recruiting and retention, organization fundraising and will be an integral part of the HDMA's association marketing and events team.

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – The Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA) recently welcomed its newest team member, Beth Barkovich, as the director of membership development.
 
Barkovich joined HDMA on Monday, July 23, and is responsible for membership recruiting and retention, organization fundraising and will be an integral part of the HDMA’s association marketing and events team.
 
"Beth comes to HDMA with a solid background in the motor vehicle industry," states Tim Kraus, president and COO of HDMA. "She understands this industry, has a strong skill-set, a great attitude, a high level of energy and is a solid addition to the HDMA organization."
 
Barkovich’s professional background includes time spent with the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), Performance Friction and Rehau. As an entrepreneur, she worked in marketing consulting with major industry clients such as CARQUEST, Pep Boys, O’Reilly, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz, NIASE and NASCAR Motorsports.  
 
Barkovich holds a BSBA in finance from West Virginia University and is located out of the HDMA office at MEMA headquarters in Research Triangle Park, N.C.
