HDA Truck - LogoHDA Truck Pride (HDATP) has partnered with the ASE Industry Education Alliance. The Alliance works with more than 2,300 NATEF accredited schools throughout the United States. The mission of the Alliance is to connect motivated technicians to the best training, certification programs and lifelong learning, while facilitating the connection between industry and education to ensure pools of available talent to meet employment needs now and in the future. HDATP says the mission of the ASE Industry Education Alliance fits perfectly with HDATP’s strategic objective of “recruiting for the industry.”

“The announcement of our partnership is just the first step. Now the real work begins, as our members engage themselves with the schools by participating in their career fairs, serving on their advisory councils, creating job shadowing and internship opportunities and supporting their need for training. Our members are eager to work with these students and help shape the future of our industry,” said Tina Alread, director of sales and marketing at HDATP.

“We are excited to have HDA Truck Pride as one of our partners. They are the first aftermarket organization in the commercial vehicle sector to work with us. Our field managers, along with myself, will be working with the HDATP staff and their members to enhance their exposure with our schools. This is a fantastic win-win scenario for all involved, especially the students,” said Trish Serratore, president of NATEF/AYES.
