Fred Bohley Assumes Key Allison Transmission Financial Role

As executive director of finance and investor relations, Bohley's 20 years of cross-organizational experience with Allison will benefit the company, its stakeholders and the investment community.

INDIANAPOLIS – Allison Transmission Holdings Inc., one of the world’s largest manufacturers of fully-automatic transmissions for medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles and hybrid propulsion systems, has announced that Fred Bohley will assume the role of executive director, finance and investor relations. In this position, Bohley will manage investor relations activities including events organization, equity analyst monitoring, outsourced services oversight and presentations maintenance.
 
Bohley holds a bachelor of science degree in business with a major in accounting and finance from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business. He began his career with Allison Transmission in 1991. Since then, he has served in an number of roles of increasing responsibility at Allison, including director – international marketing and business planning, director of Latin American operations and as a national account executive, to name a few.
