Fenix Parts Completes Acquisition of Brothers Auto Parts

The move is expected to expand Fenix Parts's reach in the Midwest and enhance regional production.

Fenix Parent LLC, known as Fenix Parts, has acquired the assets of Brothers Auto Parts in Indianapolis, marking the company’s sixth acquisition in the Midwest, Fenix announced. The deal increases Fenix’s service locations to 24 and adds five self-service spots to its portfolio.

“We are excited about the addition of [Brothers Auto Parts’] experienced and talented team to the Fenix family,” said Fenix Parts CEO Bill Stevens.

The move is expected to expand the company’s reach in the Midwest and utilize the existing network to enhance regional production.

Brothers Auto Parts, which has operated for over 35 years, will now see its General Manager Jeremiah Johnson join the leadership team at Fenix. Stevens welcomed the Brothers team and highlighted the strategic position of the new location for improving distribution across Midwestern markets.

Fenix Parts continues to seek strategic growth opportunities and invites current auto recycling owners to inquire about future acquisitions.
