Epicor Service CRM Users Can Access SiriusXM for Free

Vehicle service businesses using Epicor Service CRM can now offer customers a complimentary three-month SiriusXM trial.

Epicor announced an agreement with SiriusXM that enables vehicle service businesses using Epicor Service CRM to offer their eligible customers complimentary three-month SiriusXM Platinum Plan trial subscriptions. Epicor Service CRM leverages Epicor technologies to help vehicle service businesses attract and retain customers, recapture “drifted away” customers, generate more revenue per vehicle and enhance their presence on social media and online.

Vehicle service businesses using Epicor Service CRM can now join “SiriusXM for Shop Customers” at no charge, the company said. This program enables qualified businesses to give a three-month SiriusXM Platinum Plan subscription to eligible customers who have vehicles with factory installed SiriusXM as an added incentive for relying on their shop’s services. The SiriusXM Platinum Plan delivers SiriusXM’s full line-up of audio entertainment content, including hundreds of channels of ad-free music, plus sports, news, comedy, and more. Subscribers to this plan can listen in their cars and also outside their vehicles on the SXM App.

Epicor will provide Epicor Service CRM users with attractive point-of-sale materials and email marketing tools to help promote this new benefit, the company said.

“Epicor Service CRM helps shops become better marketers in their competitive areas, leading to increased car counts, higher average repair order, and exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty,” said Tim Hardin, Epicor senior vice president of global automotive, data, and extend services. “By taking advantage of this free offer, our users can establish another positive connection with customers who are looking for one trusted provider to handle all of their service needs.”
