Driven Brands Partners With Mirakl on Digital Marketplace

The marketplace aims to connect the company's 5,000-plus locations with a selection of more than 80,000 products from third-party suppliers.

Driven Brands launched Driven Advantage, a B2B digital marketplace that aims to connect the company’s over 5,000 automotive corporate locations, shop owners, franchises and affiliates with a selection of more than 80,000 products from third-party suppliers. This new platform is powered by Mirakl Platform.

The company said the marketplace is designed to streamline the ordering process for buyers, offering them a way to control spending and reduce time spent on purchasing. Kyle Marshall, executive vice president and president of platform services, highlighted the early success of the platform.

“The initial development and rollout of Driven Advantage has already shown tremendous value for our franchises and vendors,” Marshall said. “Our company-operated stores and other early adopters have already recognized the potential for process improvements and operational savings that come with using the marketplace.”

Driven Advantage also promises benefits for third-party sellers, potentially driving sales volume by offering a centralized site that serves thousands of automotive locations. The marketplace is part of Driven Brands’ strategy to centralize procurement while offering expanded payment methods and controls for shop owners and franchises, the company said.

“Driven Brands is a shining example of e-commerce leadership in the automotive aftermarket space,” said Marc Teuliéres, general manager of B2B at Mirakl. “With Driven Advantage’s broad, curated assortment and one-stop-shop experience, automotive repair shops can spend less time on sourcing and more time serving their customers.”
