Dorman Products has completed new system enhancements that enable the company to ship Canadian special orders overnight. With these newly completed enhancements, Dorman’s customers have the ability to receive critical Dorman shipments faster than ever before as the company is able to generate export documentation the same day orders are received.
Dorman says the majority of its customers will benefit from this change, with few exceptions for regions that do not currently support overnight shipping. The Dorman website will provide customers with all applicable shipping options at the time of their order. This overnight functionality is available for both manual and Web orders. Normal expedited freight charges, cutoff times and special order guidelines still apply.
