Delphi Makes Personnel Changes in Aftermarket Division

Delphi recently announced two personnel moves for Delphi Product & Service Solutions, the company’s aftermarket division. Frank Ofiero was named director of sales & marketing, service operations. Julie Pongrac has been appointed global marketing manager responsible for leading the product, price and sales strategy, and managing the thermal, vehicle electronics, undercar and bulk product managers.

TROY, MI — Delphi recently announced two personnel moves for Delphi Product & Service Solutions, the company’s aftermarket division.

Frank Ofiero was named director of sales & marketing, service operations. He will be responsible for all sales activities and strategic marketing approach for driver’s seat diagnostic products. In this role, Ofiero reports to Norm Young, vice president, North American sales and service.

Before joining Delphi, Ofiero held a leadership role Applus+ Technologies, Inc. as the corporate quality and service performance manager. His prior experience also includes assignments such as U.S. service business leader for SPX Corp., responsible for automotive equipment and emission program sales and regional business manager for Bear Automotive.

Julie Pongrac has been appointed global marketing manager responsible for leading the product, price and sales strategy, and managing the thermal, vehicle electronics, undercar and bulk product managers. In addition, Pongrac will manage the catalog database management and research functions. She reports to Brian Altenberger, global marketing director. Pongrac began her career at Delphi in 2002 as a sales administration supervisor and in 2004 was promoted to sales administration manager.

Before coming to Delphi, she was manager of sales operations and customer service at Honeywell Friction Materials – Bendix Brakes. She began her career with American Dental Technologies as manager of human resources and administrative services. Pongrac received a bachelor’s degree from Northwood University and earned an Executive MBA from the DeVos Graduate School of Business.
