JACKSONVILLE, FL – At the recent Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN) Annual Business Forum held in Baltimore, MD, CVSN installed the following new officers:

· Ken Duval of Canadian Wheel is the new president;

· Tom Stewart of Carolina Rim and Wheel is vice president;

· Marc Karon of Total Truck Parts is treasurer; and

· Angelo Volpe remains CVSN Executive vice president/secretary.

Three new directors were also installed:

· Harry Amoroso of B & A Friction;

· Bill Cousins of Pioneer Rim & Wheel; and

· Sal Miscio of the Donaldson Company.

With close to 90 members and more than 500 warehouse locations across North America, CVSN aims to strengthen its members’ businesses and the relationships between members and their supply partners. New President Ken Duval announced that the network will schedule its annual business conference to coincide with Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week.

“As part of our ongoing commitment to the industry, CVSN’s Executive Business Conference, held every spring, will be combined with the annual HDAW. CVSN’s support of HDAW in 2008 and leadership role in HDAW for 2009 and beyond will enhance the value of CVSN to both the supplier and distributor members,” said Duval.

CVSN’s Annual Business Forum, held each September will continue and will supplement CVSN’s year-round activities of creating business opportunities for our members through on-going professional development, legislative updates, education and industry-wide cooperation.
