LAS VEGAS — The automotive aftermarket converged in Las Vegas during the first week of November for the industry’s annual AAPEX trade show. This year at the show, Edelbrock, one of the most famous names in automotive performance, teamed up with Corteco, the aftermarket business of Freudenberg-NOK, to give away the first of two performance engines, sealed exclusively by Corteco.
Vic Edelbrock did the honors at the Corteco booth and drew the name of Shane Leist of Rockwell City, Iowa, from among entries submitted at races, automotive jobbers and retailers, and the www.installCorteco.com Web site.
“The contest has been a great success thus far and we look forward to announcing another winner next month,” said Pat Lynch, Corteco’s Manager of Product Marketing. The second Edelbrock engine will be drawn for at the PRI Show in Indianapolis on December 10.
