CARDONE Industries Inc. has announced a new sales leadership structure, designed to support the company’s growth. The leadership structure creates three new managing director roles, reporting directly to CEO Stan Gowisnock.

“Our customers rely on the value CARDONE offers,” said Gowisnock. “We have an extensive selection of quality products and a vast amount of technical knowledge. As we continue to expand our product lines and focus on new technology, we want to be able to meet our customers’ increasing demands with the expertise and commitment to integrity that CARDONE has always delivered. This new leadership structure in our sales organization will allow us to create better strategic partnerships with our customers, to better serve them well into the future.”

George Dunham, a 26-year CARDONE marketing and sales veteran, has assumed the new role of managing director, business development. In this role, Dunham is responsible for corporate marketing, channel management and business integration, which includes customer program creation, contract administration, sales planning, reporting and new business project management.

CARDONE also welcomes industry veterans Dennis Diaz and Jamie Fiffles, who join the company as managing directors of sales. They will share the responsibility of leading CARDONE’s sales team, which is comprised of more than 50 professionals across North America.

cardone-dennis-diazDiaz joins CARDONE from Factory Motor Parts (FMP), where he oversaw fleet, car dealer and national account sales. Prior to FMP, Diaz served at ITW and Ashland International/Valvoline International.

Fiffles joins CARDONE from IPD/BU Drive, an aftermarket and OEM manufacturer of heavy-duty engine components, cardone-jamie-fifflesturbos and gaskets. Prior IPD/BU Drive, he served at Transtar/Axiom, Centric-StopTech, OCA/BBB and Lucas Automotive.

“Dennis is a seasoned sales coach with a passion for people development and closing new business,” said Gowisnock. “Jamie has extensive experience in customer relationship management, and he loves cars – he restores Corvettes in his downtime. Their unique skill sets, along with George’s extensive knowledge of our business and customers, are a perfect recipe for success. We’ve built strong sales and management teams, and I am excited to see them grow our business and build even stronger customer relationships.”
