CARDONE Appoints New CEO

Mike Carr takes the top leadership role at the Philly-based aftermarket parts manufacturer.

CARDONE Industries has announced the appointment of Mike Carr to the role of CEO, effective immediately.

Carr, a seasoned executive in the automotive aftermarket, brings a wealth of global experience from his 23 years in senior leadership positions at Johnson Controls and almost four years at Axalta Coating Systems as president, North America, and then president, Americas. His experience spans many strategic areas including finance, customer relationships, operations, business growth and employee engagement.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing management from St. Joseph’s University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University. A true aftermarket professional, Carr currently serves on the board of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association.

“I am excited to take on this new opportunity and help pave the way for CARDONE’s successful growth,” said Carr. “CARDONE is a great company with a rich history and promising future, and I look forward to working with the dedicated people here to take the company to the next level.”
