C & W was founded by three longtime, experienced heavy-duty aftermarket veterans, Steve Back, Steve Duszak and Joe Falsetto. With more than 100 years of combined experience, the three say they are eager to serve the northern Colorado marketplace.


HDA Truck Pride this week is announcing not only a new member to its organization, but a brand-new distributor to the commercial vehicle industry.

C & W Truck and Trailer Parts, located in Fort Collins, Colorado, is the newest member of HDA Truck Pride and the newest greenfield operation in the commercial vehicle market. C & W was founded by three longtime, experienced heavy-duty aftermarket veterans, Steve Back, Steve Duszak and Joe Falsetto. With more than 100 years of combined experience, the three say they are eager to serve the northern Colorado marketplace.

On joining HDA Truck Pride, C & W President Steve Back, said, “The return of this partnership is eagerly anticipated and will position C & W well into the future. Buying power, marketing strength and ancillary program availability are crucial to developing our new business’ momentum now, and in the long run.”

Tina Hubbard, chief operating officer of HDA Truck Pride agreed. “We couldn’t be prouder to see these gentlemen start C & W Truck & Trailer Parts in a marketplace that’s thirsty for customer-focused service and a complete commercial vehicle parts offering.
