HOUSTON — Boston-based advertising agency MMB has won a $25 million account from Jiffy Lube International, continuing its relationship as the company’s agency of record. MMB has handled the Jiffy Lube advertising program since 2001 but the account was put up for review earlier this year.
“MMB has done some fabulous creative work for us over the years and they recently expanded their capabilities to include customer-relationship marketing, interactive and non-traditional media implementation. These capabilities will help Jiffy Lube International grow the brand and stay at the top of our game,” said Lisa Carlson, global manager of marketing, Shell Lubricants-Fast Lubes. “Their presentation was very well done and it demonstrated great thought, energy and knowledge of our business.”
“Jiffy Lube wanted a new agency and that’s exactly what they’re getting with the new and improved MMB. We have expanded our core services and now offer our clients tremendous new capabilities in CRM and digital marketing,” said Fred Bertino, president and co-creative director at MMB.
MMB’s most recent work for Jiffy Lube International featured real Jiffy Lube customers who shared their stories about how Jiffy Lube preventive maintenance services help them keep their busy lives on track. The campaign, which broke in April 2006, included TV, radio and print executions.
