Bob Leone Of ADVICS Appointed To CAWA Manufacturers Advisory Council

Leone has been in the industry since 1978, starting with Wagner Brake in New Jersey as a district manager.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – CAWA Chair Ron Aparicio of MOTUL USA has appointed Bob Leone of ADVICS to the association’s Manufacturers Advisory Council (MAC).

“In adding Bob Leone to our MAC, we are adding a true leader in the auto care industry. I have known Bob for many years, and he brings a well-respected ‘real world’ viewpoint to our group,” said Aparicio. “Bob’s valued input from his experiences in the aftermarket, and representing a prestigious OEM supplier such as ADVICS will greatly benefit the association. We look forward to his contributions to the Manufacturers Advisory Council and his role within CAWA.”

Leone has been in the industry since 1978, starting with Wagner Brake in New Jersey as a district manager. In 1981, he was promoted to a unit manager and in 1987 was again promoted to a zone manager in Ohio. Leone was a regional manager for ITT Aimco for several years and national sales manager at Akebono Brake for eight-and-a-half years. He currently is the aftermarket sales manager for ADVICS for both North and South America.
