Bob Harvey Joins Bartec USA

Harvey’s career in the automotive aftermarket spans five decades.

Bartec USA has hired Robert “Bob” Harvey. Harvey joins Kelly Nugent as one of Bartec USA’s North American account executives.

“Most recently from American Tire Distributors, Bob brings along an impressive resume and huge respect in our industry,” said Bartec CEO Scot Holloway.

Harvey’s career in the automotive aftermarket spans five decades and includes operating a family business, marketing, retail, repair, service and drivability. During his tenure at his family service station, the business earned the Washingtonian MagazineCheck Mark for Quality for 15 consecutive years.  Most recently Harvey was with American Tire Distributors (ATE). While at ATD, he held several positions including equipment specialist, national service trainer for Tire Pros, and supported the TPMS Program while working in the Tools and Supplies Division.

“Bob has really made a name for himself in our industry,” according to Ed Jones, director of sales. “His wealth of knowledge, and the ability to train and educate others, really sets Bob apart from most.”

Bartec USA continues to build its North American Sales Team. Harvey will oversee specific accounts for Bartec and help drive growth of their new RITE-SENSOR Product Line.
