BASF Refinish Website Goes Multilingual

The site features English, French Canadian and Spanish languages.

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – BASF Automotive Refinish has launched a multilingual version of its website, www.basfrefinish.com. The new site went live this past week and accommodates users in English, French Canadian and Spanish languages.

"BASF is committed to supporting all of its customers in the North American region,” said Brent Wallace, BASF brand manager. “Providing users a multilingual functionality is one more example of how we can help our customers be more successful, by providing them the information and tools they need in the language of their choice. We are dedicated to continuously expanding our Web language capabilities in the future."

The BASF Refinish website is designed specifically for collision repair shops and distributors, which gives them access to business management tools and product and color information. It allows customers immediate access to literature, technical information, bulletins, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs), and BASF’s line of eBusiness tools, which includes SmartTools, Color tools and Vision Plus On-line customer business solutions.
