“Steve has a solid ability to manage sales, marketing and product training; and he has the right balance of sales and technical expertise, which makes Steve an asset on day one,” said Long.

While at Schrader, Donaldson became well-versed in TPMS and has held TIA/ATS trainer status for the past four years. His ability to teach and train while working with customers on TPMS has played a large part in his proven track record. Donaldson has conducted hundreds of TPMS clinics over the past six years.

According to Scot Holloway, CEO and general manager of Bartec USA, “We continue to see a significant rise in the demand for our already popular line of TPMS Tools and Solutions, and the need for more ‘feet on the ground’ is greater than ever! Bartec is well-known for excellent customer service, and it is something our customers expect.”

In addition to Donaldson, the Bartec National Sales team includes Dennis Flannery and Kelly Nugent. Steve Long is now the sales team manager. This team of TPMS experts manages a network of independent representatives and distributor partners.
