LENEXA, Kan. Automotive Parts Associates (APA) has continued to experience steady growth in membership this year, and is announcing six new members while at AAPEX in Las Vegas this week.
APA’s newest member, Daniels Motors Inc. joined the association just earlier this week. The company is located in Colorado Springs and has been doing business as Daniels Chevyland since 1929. Daniels is currently developing a full-line WD program to service a vast area of customers in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Texas and Oklahoma.
Late in the summer, Just Suspension, based in Denver, N.C., joined APA. Located just outside Charlotte, the company specializes in suspension and undercar parts.
Farwest Auto Parts Warehouse, based in San Luis Obispo, Calif., joined APA in May. Farwest has been in business as a full-service independent parts distributor since 1946.
In the spring, three new members joined the association, including Allied Auto Stores (Serrato & McDermott); Rancho Auto Parts (T & L Distributing Inc.) and Total Automotive Imports in Yonkers, N.Y.
Allied is located in the San Francisco Bay area and has one of the most comprehensive inventories in the U.S. The company features OEM and aftermarket parts from more than 300 manufacturers.
Rancho Auto Parts has been in business for 20 years and is now beginning to concentrate its line of parts toward undercar.
Total Auto Warehouse has been serving New York car parts customers for 25 years with a full line of import and domestic parts.
“We’re always pleased when independents recognize our membership benefits and make the commitment to become shareholders. Plus, we’re looking forward to seeing nearly half of our members, including several of the new ones during our functions this week at AAPEX,” said APA President and CEO Dan Freeman.
