Autologue’s ePaperless Office Helps Iowa WD Cut Costs

HAWARDEN, IA – Autologue Computer Systems has reported that one of its customers — Central Parts & Supply, based in Hawarden, IA – has seen a “dramatic” cut in its operational costs while at the same time increasing services available to customers. Central Parts has been using Autologue’s ePaperless Office to help increase efficiency in its operations.

“e-Office has been a great time and money saving tool for us at Central Parts & Supply," said Lloyd Dekkers, president of Central Parts & Supply. "We have reduced the time to run monthly statements and mailing costs by 50 percent. We no longer get calls from our installers for missing invoices. They can view daily activity on their accounts and view the signed copy of the invoice with any notes written on the invoice, which saves them time tracking down invoices. It allows them to view the billing with confidence, that they were billed the correct pricing before the original copy of the invoice arrives in their office,” Introduced in 2007, ePaperless Office was designed to help increase office efficiency by enabling the customers to look up their own invoices and statements online rather than calling in and having the jobber pull copies of missing invoices and faxing them to the customers. It also eliminates the need to file invoices and print, fold, stuff and mail statements by making them all available online at any time."
