Auto-Wares Acquires Midwest Warehouse Corp.  

This acquisition includes the Marion and Fort Wayne distribution centers and five stores marketed under the Auto Tech name. Midwest Warehouse has been a family owned company in business for 85 years.

Auto Wares - FacilityAuto-Wares Group of Companies announced today it will be acquiring Midwest Warehouse Corp. of Marion, Indiana. This acquisition includes the Marion and Fort Wayne distribution centers and five stores marketed under the Auto Tech name. Midwest Warehouse has been a family owned company in business for 85 years.

Fred Bunting, chairman of the Auto-Wares Group of Companies, said, “Auto-Wares desired to expand into Indiana for a long time. Our goal will be to make sure this new alliance will benefit and strengthen all existing and new customers. In addition to our 39 years of commitment to benefit the independent parts store owner, our primary focus as a company is to be our customers’ best supplier. We proudly serve over 700 Auto Value or Bumper to Bumper Certified Service Centers and 36,000 other service dealers and commercial accounts.
