ATMC Presents Top Training Award to Penske Truck Leasing

Penske was recognized for the PenskeXR ADB Wheel Off Inspection training program.

The ASE Training Managers Council (ATMC) announced it honored Penske Truck Leasing with its “Grand Award” for outstanding training programs. Penske was recognized for the PenskeXR ADB Wheel Off Inspection training program.

In addition, DriV Inc. and Subaru of America earned National Excellence in Training awards. DRiV was honored for Garage Gurus, while Subaru of America was honored for its Subaru Solterra New Technology Training (NTT) program.

“We want to congratulate Penske Truck Leasing for being awarded our most prestigious honor, the ‘Grand Award’ for outstanding training,” said Matt Shepanek, president of ATMC. “ASE also wants to commend DriV and Subaru for their outstanding training initiatives which earned both companies National Excellence in Training awards. We had many excellent award submissions this year and we want to thank all the organizations who entered on offering valuable training programs for their customers.”

The National Excellence in Training awards were presented at the ATMC reception held during Industry Week 2023. The awards are bestowed annually to shine a spotlight on highly effective or innovative training programs, and to emphasize the importance of training to the success of the transportation industry, ATMC said.
