FINDLAY, OH — Roy Armes has been appointed chairman of Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., in addition to his duties as president and CEO.
In addition, the Cooper board voted to dissolve the “Office of the Chairman,” which consisted of directors Byron Pond, Art Aronson and John Shuey, and was formed in the wake of former chairman, president and CEO Tom Dattilo’s resignation in August 2006.

Alejandro Lopez, currently global finance director for automotive OEM coatings, will assume this role, effective June 1.
PPG announced that Alejandro Lopez, currently global finance director for automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) coatings, has been named director, investor relations, effective June 1, 2024. Lopez will report to Vince Morales, PPG senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). He replaces Jonathan Edwards, who will transition to succeed Lopez as global finance director for automotive OEM coatings, also effective June 1, 2024.
Nick Tufo has been with KYB for nearly eight years as a territory sales manager.
Natalia Noblet takes over for Peter Österberg, effective September 1.
