ELK GROVE, CA ALLDATA this week announced the release of ALLDATA CollisionConnect, a new collision information service designed to improve the quality and acquisition of repair information while advancing business relationships with insurance partners and customers. This new service gives collision shops the ability to repair more vehicles, manage their liabilities and help to reduce the number of sublet repairs.
“Current information-gathering techniques are costly, time consuming and confusing. This does not have to be the case anymore,” said Dan Espersen, ALLDATA senior collision program manager. “Ask yourself each time you are faced with a technical problem: What it would be like to have instant single-source access to the manufacturer’s published material? It is now available to you with ALLDATA’s CollisionConnect service.”
In conjunction with the release of CollisionConnect, ALLDATA also announced a special distribution agreement with the Automotive Service Association (ASA). ASA members can receive special program pricing on ALLDATA’s collision package.
“With the increased complexity of today’s vehicles, new materials and repair procedures, ASA is pleased to offer the ALLDATA product to our members, saving them money and helping them run successful businesses. With the addition of the OEM information to help our collision industry members, the ALLDATA benefit becomes even more valuable to the members we serve,” said B.J. Johnson, ASA’s director of membership development and affiliate relations.
