Automotive Components Holdings (ACH), a subsidiary of Ford Motor Co., has filed an objection with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to Diamond Glass’ motion for entry of an order approving bid procedures for sale of substantially all of the debtors’ assets. The motion also requested the scheduling of a hearing to consider the sale and approving the form and manner of notices.
According to Bankruptcydata.com, ACH also filed a separate objection to the company’s motion for an interim order authorizing the incurrence by the debtors of post-petition secured indebtedness with priority over all other secured indebtedness and with administrative super-priority, granting liens, authorizing the use of cash collateral by the debtors and providing for adequate protection, modifying the automatic stay and scheduling a final hearing and for entry of a final order approving post-petition financing and to utilize cash collateral.
