Accuride Announces Two New Appointments to Sales Organization

John Younger joins company as director of aftermarket sales; Tony Pape named VP of national accounts.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Accuride has announced that John Younger has joined the company as its director of aftermarket sales and Tony Pape has accepted the position of vice president of national accounts.

“I am extremely pleased to have Tony accept this critical new sales position and to have John join Accuride and lead our aftermarket team,” said Rick Schomer, Accuride’s senior vice president of marketing and sales. “The talent, depth of experience and credentials of John and Tony will allow them to pave the way to further strengthen our existing customer relationships as well as creating opportunity to build new relationships in both the aftermarket and OEM sectors.”

With more than 30 years of extensive industry experience in sales, marketing and operations, Younger most recently served as national sales manager for Webb Wheel Products, a division of The Marmon Group. Younger previously held a range of related positions with Carlisle Corp., ArvinMeritor and Euclid. He holds an Executive MBA and BS from Columbus University.

Pape has 23 years of marketing and sales experience in the commercial vehicle industry. He joined Accuride in 2005 as vice president of aftermarket sales and most recently served as the company’s vice president of marketing. Prior to joining Accuride, Pape spent more than 14 years with ArvinMeritor in various marketing, sales and finance positions. He has an MBA and BS from University of Illinois and serves as a board member of Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network.
