Accuride Announces Leadership Changes

Scott Hazlett to lead Accuride Wheels and Gunite business units; Kenneth Sparks to retire on Sept. 1.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Accuride has announced the appointment of Scott Hazlett as senior vice president and general manager, Accuride Wheels and Gunite, reporting to President and CEO Rick Dauch.
 
Hazlett will take on the added leadership responsibility for Accuride’s Gunite business unit on Sept. 1, upon the retirement of Kenneth Sparks, senior vice president and general manager, Gunite and Imperial, who is concluding three years of service to Accuride. Separately, Greg Kern, vice president of Accuride’s Imperial Group business unit who had previously reported to Sparks, now will report directly to Dauch.

GRI announced the appointment of Ydo Doornbos as director of North America. Doornbos will lead GRI's efforts to expand and drive GRI’s success in delivering sustainable agriculture, material handling and construction tires to the North American market, according to the company.

"With an illustrious career spanning 29 years in the tire industry in various management roles, Ydo brings with him a wealth of expertise and leadership to GRI's North American business operations," GRI said.
