Cima International Opens Third Party Call Center in Mexico

Call center services include price shops and technical hotlines by an outsourced staff trained in the automotive industry. Staff is pulled from dealer service centers, vocational training centers and general automotive service centers.

AVON, Ohio — Cima International LLC has opened a new call center located in Guadalajara, Mexico. This new call center is capable of supporting technical hotlines, performing price shopping activities and supporting company 800 number service lines. The outsourced staff is trained in the automotive industry, with experienced employees coming from dealer service centers, vocational training centers and general automotive service centers.
 
Cima International notes that whether a business is in need of temporary or long-term support, the new call center can help keep headcount down while providing continual support for service and marketing needs. The company can assign a full-time staff member to manage a company’s call center needs or perform smaller projects on and off throughout the year.

Cima International was founded by longtime aftermarket exec Chip Carlson. In addition to the new call center services, the aftermarket marketing and business development firm offers strategic planning, sales planning, market analysis, marketing planning, due diligence support and engineering support, as well as sales representation for the Mexico market.
