Gold Eagle Co. Promotes Tom Bingham to Director of Marketing

Bingham joined Gold Eagle in 2007. Prior to that, he served as product manager for ACCO Brands, where he was in charge of marketing and development of select products, including its Apollo brand. He has also served as product manager at Echo Inc. and product planner for Panasonic.

CHICAGO — Gold Eagle Co., maker of STA-BIL, HEET and START YOUR ENGINES!, has promoted Tom Bingham to director of marketing. Formerly brand manager for Gold Eagle, Bingham will now manage the company’s marketing department, where he will oversee and direct the development and execution of its corporate marketing strategy.

"Tom has demonstrated a strong ability to develop innovative marketing programs for Gold Eagle that elevate our brand presence and create consumer awareness," said Marc Blackman, president and CEO of Gold Eagle Co. "We are honored to have Tom grow with our company and look forward to the marketing initiatives he will develop as director of marketing."

Bingham joined Gold Eagle in 2007. Prior to that, he served as product manager for ACCO Brands, where he was in charge of marketing and development of select products, including its Apollo brand. He has also served as product manager at Echo Inc. and product planner for Panasonic. Bingham received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Illinois and master of science in industrial administration from Purdue University.
