Expanded Integration with Parts Catalogs Drives Increased Customer Satisfaction, ALLDATA Reports

According to Mark Gunnerson, ALLDATA director of sales and operations, the expanded features and parts catalog integration were added as a direct response to customer feedback.

ELK GROVE, Calif. — ALLDATA is reporting increased customer satisfaction thanks to some recent updates to its shop management system, ALLDATA Manage.

The ALLDATA Manage system offers integration with major parts catalogs: AutoZone, Internet AutoParts, WHI Solutions/Nexpart, Autoi, Activant and WORLDPAC, and includes AutoZone parts images, specifications and availability, the company points out.

According to Mark Gunnerson, ALLDATA director of sales and operations, the expanded features and parts catalog integration were added as a direct response to customer feedback.

"With ALLDATA Manage, our customers are able to make faster, more educated decisions about the way they run their business, and they continue to tell us how they have saved time and money using our Manage product," Gunnerson said.

"Integration with leading parts catalogs has significantly lifted sales for both ALLDATA and our affiliated parts suppliers," added ALLDATA President Jeff Lagges. "Ordering parts online is such a huge time-saver for shops. In today’s competitive business environment, it is critical for shops of all sizes to lower expenses through efficiencies. Our system is designed to do just that."
